Sometimes we need a little encouragement or a small push to get us going. We have just come out of Mercury Retrograde, so if you have been feeling heavy, confused, struggling with communication or technology, it should lift shortly.
Phew what a relief! It’s time to get on with it. Start with yourself, treat yourself to something fun or special, something that you enjoy doing that brings out that little child within you. Because it is time to become aligned with who you really are.
Focus this month on Gratitude and Love. Your experience right now is a result of your thoughts and they are like a magnet, attracting the reality of your thoughts.
So when you shift your thoughts to gratitude and love, life will return that “vibrational pattern” back to you and provide so much more for you to be grateful and loving for.
Everyone is responsible for the thoughts they think and the things that they choose as their objects of attention.
It is not your role to make others happy; it is your role to keep yourself in balance (when all your energy centres are flowing). When you pay attention to how you feel and practice self-empowering thoughts that align with who-you-really-are, you will offer an example of thriving that will be of tremendous value to those who have the benefit of observing you.
Now, if you have been holding back your true feelings for a long time, then it is highly likely that last month, they all burst out. It’s vital that you have been talking about your true feelings and taking full responsibility for how you feel, without blaming anyone else.
It is important to meditate now and remember your breathing, as anxiety may rise and breathing deeply will bring calmness and clarity. When we seem to be overwhelmed, spiritual enlightenment sounds like one more burden, and it is very tempting to seek escapist pleasures instead …..TV, the internet, our iPods, alcohol or food. Retreating into these immediately gratifying mini-retreats, while not the healthiest response, is often times our path of least resistance.
With the Virgo Full Moon, this month, we are being asked to let go our old pre-programmed escape mechanisms and to really redefine our relationship to our physical bodies.
Do we need more rest….better nutrients….more exercise…more water?? Do we connect with nature, even if it is a 5-minute walk per day? All of these are very uncomplicated – remember to keep it simple.
Generally speaking (for everyone), during this month, be open to the ways that your own unique individuality operates in your life. You may become more aware that your “mission” is changing or you may become aware for the first time that you have a “mission”.
