Why not join me at Meditation classes?Whatever the nature of our dreams and our fears we need the means to unwind, reflect and relax deeply so that nature can restore its balance in us. With our balance restored and our perspective clear we are able to engage in life with motivation and enthusiasm. The very purpose of meditation is to find the inner peace that is our deepest happiness. Draws you deeper into looking at yourself. Through the practice of mediation we can actually connect with who we are and find a deeper contentment: an acceptance of life as it is, without a clinging to desire or a fear of change and that this can bring a lasting and pervading inner peace. This can be a liberating and uplifting realisation. To go out of your mind at least once a day is tremendously important. By going out of your mind you come to your senses. Going out of your mind does not mean becoming thoughtless and vague, but is a release from the confines of habitual, repetitive and neurotic mind. As a result you can enter into spaciousness and freedom, an inner quiet that awakens the creative, aware and sane mind. This brings energy and joy into your being, enriching you on every level. A few moments of silence each day remind us of who we are, beings of peace. It reminds us of our purpose of life and that our task is live together with respect, tolerance, dignity and trust. Lunch time meditation is very beneficial for employees to gain a clearer sense of purpose.
