Crystals

Throughout time, crystals have been known to have the power of protection and healing. You may wonder why my email is 'CrystalHealer'. When introduced to healing , it felt natural to me to use a crystal as a tool to establish whether a person's chakras (energy centres) are open or closed when healing. I must have 'remembered' this ability from a past life!

By holding the crystal on a chain it moves in a clockwise direction if the chakra is 'open' but remains still, if the chakra is closed. Is it magic? Am I moving it? No. I ask my higher consciousness to reveal what I need to know. I can also find out exactly where the healing is needed. A pain in the back can be rooted in the neck.

The crystal is also used for 'dowsing' when I use 32 individual charts in Spiritual Response Therapy (also known as Emotional Release Therapy.

There are many crystals available and each have a different energy. By holding a crystal when meditating it can truly 'sharpen' the experience, especially clarity of thought.

Crystals come in many sizes, shapes and colours. When buying a crystal see which one you are drawn to. Many people believe that they are not very intuitive, but almost every one of us has had an experience of a 'first impression' - something inside us that tells us there is something about a person or place that either does or does not tally with what we are told. Later events happen to prove the 'first impression' to have been correct! This is really nothing more than a flash of intuition.

I love to recommend rose quartz which has the energy to help with forgiveness, vulnerability, artistic pursuits, love, wisdom, change of direction, empathy and imagination. It also has therapeutic uses with regard to sexual problems, spleen, kidneys, heart, circulation, recuperation, infertility and complexion.

Pink is also linked with 'loving yourself' which is the root core of healing.
