Spiritual Response Therapy is for those who wish to overcome relationship conflicts, blocked personal/spiritual growth, poor health or chronic pain,
business/financial problems, allergies, depression etc. If you do not go within, you go without. Meditation enables you to reach the peace within and connect with your High Self.
Whatever the nature of our dreams and our fears we need the means to unwind, reflect and relax deeply so that nature can restore its balance in us. Healing's purpose is to stimulate and assist the natural healing processes of mind and body. To bring into harmony the spirit, mind and body.
